Amazing customer service and people who helped my mom

I just want to thank Amanda in sales and Wendy the care nurse who took care of my mom’s transport. From start to finish their customer services with at the highest level. Very caring to me and my mom needs. Wendy kept me updated on my mom progress during the 24 hour trip from NJ to Florida. That update was amazing and i looked forward to hearing all was ok. This is my first time using their service but i recommend it to anyone who needs to transport your loved ones. Even the cost was reasonable and well worth it.

Safe and Professional Passage Home!

We are super grateful for our experience with TransMedCare in getting my Dad and I home safely, quickly and professionally with the best of care!  My 84 year old Dad was more than ready to come home to Arizona after needing emergency brain surgery plus two months of rehab in Boston, but doctors did not clear him to fly due to altitude restrictions related to his condition.  I selected TMC after reviewing/quoting several non-emergency medical transport companies, initially based on the thorough presentation, details, and options on the website (including a 3-D tour of the van!), and ultimately based on my experience talking through the particular logistics and details of our trip with Amanda at TMC.  Amanda listened to and addressed all of our questions and concerns with a genuine human touch, including accommodating our request to modify the route to maintain a low-altitude path, and even suggested an optional mid-trip night at a hotel (at no additional cost) based on the length of our drive, which turned out to be a game changer.

Our two drivers Al and Wilson were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we met them, very kind and professional, always consulting with us and offering options when decisions needed to be made about the route, meals, timing, etc., making it clear that our comfort and safety were their top priorities.

Our nurse Jackie was absolutely amazing and a blessing! She was so friendly, caring, skilled and helpful; in addition to administering my Dad’s many medications and regularly checking in on his health, Jackie always anticipated my Dad’s needs and attended to his every request with genuine care, really going the extra mile to keep him comfortable and happy, and always making sure I had everything I needed as well!

The team together kept us warm, safe, comfy and well fed despite freezing temperatures outside for the majority of the trip.  I would absolutely recommend TransMedCare to anyone based on our experience.

Highly recommend

My mother is 93 years old and was living in Georgia when she suddenly became ill. We needed to move her to Florida quickly. I made the call on a Tuesday, and by Thursday she was already on her way.

The three-member team took exceptional care of my mom—her nurse, Carmen, and her two drivers, Steve and Kerri. Not only did they provide outstanding service, but they treated my mother with genuine respect, kindness, and compassion.

Despite the nine-hour drive, my mom said she was comfortable the entire time and even enjoyed the trip, telling me she felt like she made three new friends along the way.

They didn’t just take great care of my mom—they also made sure that during this very stressful and emotional time, the experience was as smooth and worry-free for me as possible. I am truly grateful for their professionalism.

Good care over long trip

Everything went well in the planning and execution of this trip. Communication was prompt and clear. The trip was long, about 19 hoursThe medic, Zach, was perfect in his care for my son, and the drivers were cheerful, careful, and accommodating.

Best care

We had my father-in-law transported from the Chicago area to Minneapolis earlier this week. His team was comprised of three of the best people- Shadai, Gregory, and Jenius. They arrived to the skilled nursing facility and brought him to a new Memory Care unit within 8.5 hours flawlessly. My FIL won’t stop talking about the team and asking about them. He has asked us to reach out Shadai numerous times to make sure they all reached their home destinations in Florida safely because of the connections he’d formed with them in that short time. The transport van was super impressive- we expecting an ambulance type experience but it was more like a VIP luxury ride complete with a TV. He was comfortable the entire time, was able to enjoy several meals and took many naps along the way. Once arriving in Minneapolis Shadai assisted my FIL inside the facility, got him changed into fresh clothes and made sure he was comfortable before they began their long journey back home. Jenius and Gregory were so friendly, chatty and made sure all of our questions were answered. We won’t hesitate to use their services again if we need to transport a family member a long distance in the future or to make a recommendation. Thank you so much for the care!

Words cannot express how happy we were with TMC when they transported my mother-in-law from Buffalo to Long Island last week. It was a long 10 hour drive and they were in touch with updates all along the way, easing any worry that we had.

When my 85-year-old father became bedridden and hospitalized for a month, we had to make the difficult decision to move my parents from South Carolina back to New York to be closer to family. Given his fragile condition—three nephrostomy tubes and a suprapubic catheter, all needing regular care—commercial air travel was not an option.

After extensive research, I came across TransMedCare. I initially considered a lower-cost option but was alarmed by their poor BBB rating and negative reviews. TransMedCare, however, stood out not only for their fair pricing but for their outstanding customer service and flexibility. From the start, they worked with us through a constantly shifting schedule as my father’s condition changed. When we had to cancel a pickup last minute due to an emergency hospital readmission, they were understanding, patient, and supportive.

I was in daily contact with Becky, Emma, and Amanda, who knew me by name and were always kind, responsive, and informed. Kristen, the manager, also worked closely with us to sort out issues with payment when my mother’s card kept getting declined due to the large transaction. Every interaction with their team was professional and full of compassion—something you can’t put a price on.

One of the biggest advantages of choosing TransMedCare was their generous cancellation and rescheduling policy—unlike other companies that charged huge fees or offered no refunds at all.

When we finally got the green light to transport my dad, the care team—Bobby M. (lead driver), Vilmarie (driver), and Karla (medic)—were outstanding. Karla kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire trip, updating me on my father’s condition, meals, and even his mood. When they arrived at the rehab facility in New York, I could see how well he was cared for.

Our Dad was in a Facility in Ocala Florida. Our family needed to transport him to Nys. We were also waiting Bed for him. My search began. How to transport him safely and securely Our Dad is bedridden so this would take careful consideration. I searched and found several companies and carefully read reviews. Trans Medicare stood out for their Professionalism and Dependability it spoke Volumes. I called and Rebecca answered I introduced myself and immediately she made me feel I was right home with this family. I shared with Rebecca Our Dad’s need as well Our Family’s need to have him transported to NY. Rebecca shared the History From the Beginning of Trans Medcare from who began the company and how it has grown to help so many Family’s. Rebecca was Professional and also helped me feel right at home. She shared the cost how many hrs approx for the trip right down to detail. I told her it wouldn’t be right away that when we had a bed available that I would in contact as such. Months passed then on March 31st 2025 I recieved the call we had bed in NY. I immediately contacted Trans Medicare and Amanda L answered and I gave our formation from months earlier. With Amanda at the wheel her and I and the VA hammered back forth for day for pick up and delivery we finally locked in and the move was on. Our Father is 88 yrs of age with health issues and I knew He was in good hands. The team was set up with 2 drivers and 1 nurse 20 hr trip give or take. My sister was riding to be by our fathers side and was able to keep me informed as they traveled. The Team from Trans Medcare arrived at Our Dad’s Facility promptly. They addressed everything with Dad from medical to personal before the trip began. The trip Began We Are Locked and Loaded I said to my sis who was riding to NY with Dad. The Team was 3 personal 2 Drivers GREG & JAVIER were OUTSTANDING 👏 👌. 1 Nurse ZACHERY IMPECCABLE 👌 👏. ZACHERY made sure our Dad was Well Nurished Comfortable and any Medical needs were addressed which Thankfully there were none. The Team and My sister were my joy they kept me updated periodically about Dad and How the Trip was Progressing thru my Sister. The Team Finally arrived in NY. Whewww what a drive. 👏 👏 👏. We directed the drivers to drop off and I began my introducing myself hugging sister and so Happy they made it safe and sound. I began meeting this Awsome and Dedicated Team. We were greeted with Smiles and Care. JAVIER GREG & ZACHERY escorted our Dad into the VA facility to his room. ZACHERY our Dad’s Nurse spoke with our Dad’s Medical Team and completed the transition for Our Dad to begin His New Life Here in NY.

Amazing company and staff!!!

We transported my 81 year old bed ridden mother from Denver to Dallas. From the first point of contact, the staff was amazing and helpful. The trip was long but they made it comfortable for both my mother and myself. It was an amazing experience as we took a road trip together. The staff was so kind and patient and the drivers were great. We felt very safe. Thank you for making this experience so stress free!

I cannot say enough about the amazing job the TransMedCare team did

My dad was at a nursing facility in IL with no family within 500 miles and needed transport to PA. My sister and I knew we had to find something but had no idea where to start so a Googling we went. TransMedCare and several other services came up and we started phone conversations and got quotes but we had no idea who these companies were or even if they were legit. So, we did the only thing we could do. Look at reviews on yelp and google, etc., look at the Better Business Bureau and ask around to see if anyone may have used any of these services. In a short time only one service got good marks from all these sources and that was TransMedCare so we decided to go for it as we had no other options. From the start the team was amazing starting with Amanda in booking with later help from Emma and Becky. They guided me through the process and made it very easy to navigate: three short forms and the contract. They were flexible and were able to change the transportation date very easily due to unforeseen circumstances. Then came the day of transport. I was a little nervous as my family had never used this type of service before. From the start the travel nurse Lasia contacted me when they were going to pick up my dad and gave me and my siblings updates on how things were going all along the way. They were on top of what meds my dad needed and any other special needs that he had. They made sure he was well nourished and relaxed the whole trip. Anytime I had a question Lasia answered promptly and this made everything go smoothly. When they arrived at the drop off point in PA the drivers, Kerry and Steve, met me near the front entrance and my dad had a big smile on his face. They all then escorted my dad to his room and made sure he was fully set up. I cannot say enough about the amazing job the TransMedCare team did, and I would recommend the service to anyone looking for long-distance non-emergency medical transportation. Wonderful Company

Trans-Medcare transported my dear friend Victoria from Brooklyn, NY to Naples, FL. They were prompt and extremely professional. Victoria is bedbound with MS and gets easily aggravated, she hasn’t been moved like this in many years. I can’t say enough about the team; driver’s Carlos & Javier as well as medic Zachary. They were so kind and compassionate which removed much of the stress and anxiety from me. Key West to Wisconsin

The team of Juan (Lead), Javier (Driver), and Zachary (Medic) worked diligently to make the patient, his children, and his dog as comfortable as possible on the 1700 mile drive. The Ram Promaster was built out thoughtfully to meet everyone’s needs. Zach’s professionalism and knowledge resolved all of the challenges that came up along the way. From CA to AZ

If you need to transport your loved one who is disabled safely and comfortably, then TransMedCare is who you need to call- They are Absolutely Amazing! I looked them up on google and spoke to Amanda who was so wonderful in assisting me with scheduling and so patient and understanding answering all my questions. The morning of the big trip, the transport crew met us at the rehab facility and were so friendly and professional. Great trip for my sister Alice

From Washington to Southern California is a long drive. Stops were made to provide food that Alice liked, and she was able to see out the windows to scenery she had not seen for 5 years in a nursing home. Chanee was the medical assistant who kept me posted about Alice, and took a couple pictures en route. Vilmarie and Juan took turns driving. They all were so nice. They handled everything pertaining to her trip efficiently and considerately. When I met them on arrival I was so glad I chose Trans MedCare because Alice was in good hands.

To anyone considering a long distance medical transport:

My brother’s health was rapidly declining. He lived in Florida for many years, but given his current medical status, he wanted to come back to Louisiana to be near his family. Air transport option was very costly, and regular ground ambulance transport was limited on the travel distance.
I researched other options and found this company called Trans-MedCare LLC based in Maitland, Florida. From the very first phone call I placed, the staff was extremely helpful. Their patience, knowledge and understanding eased my worried mind. Ms. Amanda, Ms. Becky and Ms Kristen walked me through every step. Their price was very reasonable; given the very long distance we needed to travel. The RV Medical transport vehicle was well-equipped and very comfortable. The two drivers; Mr. Ricardo (Rico) and Mr. Shauntavas (Shaun), and the onboard nurse; Ms Norma, were a very polite and professional team. I certainly could not have asked for better.

Going Home

I found TMC through Google search and I’m so glad I did. This transporting service is simply Amazing!!! My uncle needed to be transported from NY to GA. I had no idea on what to do or how it could be done. But then there is TMC. The communication, paperwork and care of all the staff was awesome. I did not have to worry about anything. Most of the time they answered my questions before I asked. The best thing is that they put my mind to rest by letting me know with every stop how my uncle was doing. What a total relief! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs cross state transportation for a loved one.

I made the right choice

I can’t say enough how glad I am that I chose TransMedCare to get my father from Denver to Kansas City. Amanda did an awesome job arranging transport with me while I was travelling between Denver and the East Coast. Colina and her drivers did an awesome job getting my dad home. The rehab facility let me know that they were very impressed with Colina when they arrived to pick him up. The updates were good and my mom and sister were able to meet him at the facility in Kansas City. Thanks again!

From TN to SC

We were very impressed with the transportation provided by Trans MedCare. Zach, our medic called me in advance to answer any questions. They arrived promptly at the hospital and we arrived to our destination as scheduled. Our drivers, Shaun and Alvaro, were professional, kind and extremely competent. We drove through some of the heavy winds and rains of Helene; I didn’t feel unsafe, I trusted their skill and judgement. Zachary was calm and professional, he kept a close eye on me and our “patient”. Because electricity was out for much of our trip, we couldn’t stop for a meal but Zach called ahead and arranged for lunch at our destination. I would highly recommend Trans MedCare to others and really appreciate the team of Shaun, Al and Zach for the care they provided.

Absolute best care team to transport loved one

Lateshia, Alfred, and Kris did a fantastic job transporting my mom. Alfred and Kris took turns driving and Lateshia stayed with my mom to monitor her health. When they arrived, everyone was so kind and gentle wheeling my mom out of the vehicle. They helped me load my car with items that didn’t need to stay with my mom. They picked up my mom in another state on time as planned ahead. They arrived right on time many hours later in another state. During the night travel, Lateshia texted every 4 hours to say how things were going. She gave an accurate ETA, too, which helped. TransMedCare does a fantastic job. The van is luxurious and comfortable looking, the team is honest and professional, and I trust them with the most precious cargo. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did.

Simply Amazing!

OMG, there is so much to be said, I don’t know where to begin. My mom was transported from Ohio to Georgia. Our crew was Gladdie, Tay and Bob, who were absolutely AMAZING!!!! We felt so genuinely cared for and safe, the inside of the van was just what we expected (save me losing the remote to the tv…lol) It was very clean, comfortable and organized. I loved how we were given the option to eat from wherever we wanted along the way. Riding with Tay, Bob and Gladdie was like traveling with friends. You’d think we’d known them forever. I also observed and admired the positive energy between them. Gladdie was super attentive toward my mom. Upon arrival into GA we ran into an issue where my mom’s bed hadn’t yet arrived and was still an hour and a half behind. We felt so bad for the crew because we knew they were tired and wanted to go get rest, but despite it all they stayed with us, even assisting us with getting my mom into her chair. I highly HIGHLY HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHLY recommend TransMed for anyone needing to transport a relative. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to our crew. I will actually miss you all.

Totally Professional and Caring

The team of Colina, Jason, and Alvaro were both very friendly and professional from the moment they arrived. Even beforehand! They arrived in their Dodge Ram Promaster on time, even though they had to stop and deal with an A/C problem on their way. (Apparently they wisely included some contingency time in their departure to the pickup location for just such a situation.) They reached out to my mother’s SNF staffs to ensure a smooth transition from the offgoing SNF’s responsibility to the team’s responsibility, and then from their responsibility to the oncoming SNF’s responsibility, and kept them (as well as myself) informed about their expected arrival times. Colina, the onboard nurse was very conscientious about my mother’s comfort, checking on her often, and providing her food and water, both at stops (and on the road if she wanted food or drink), and changing her at every stop. Very attentive to administering her required meds during the trip. Drivers switched back and forth and smoothly accomplished the ~820 mile trip. Top notch team!! Working with Amanda to plan the trip was easy, and the quote from TMC was very competitive. TMC lived up to everything I was hoping for in terms of service delivery.

Excellent Transportation Option

Trans Med Care was an excellent service for transporting my 95 year old mother from Knoxville, TN to the NC Coast. Zachary provided excellent care and services, while Carlos and Juan were very smooth and easy drivers. When my mother woke up and wanted a Taco, they all went out of their way to buy one for her. If I ever needed a medical transport, they are #1 on my list.

Transportation from NYC to Florida

After not seeing my brother for 10+ years, it became apparent to friends and myself that he could not care for himself, as he had been doing. We decided to have him come to Florida, in an assisted living facility very close to my home.
Arrangements were made through Amanda who could not have been nicer and more supportive.
Transportation was 20+ hours. Zachary, the medic called me the night before and the day of with updates as to his condition. I cannot express how much that meant to me. He also called after the transfer had been made, reporting on his condition.
I am very grateful to TMC for providing this service. My very highest recommendation!

Excellent comfortable service

After breaking both my ankles in New York City, the logistics of getting back to Virginia seemed daunting. Fortunately, I found trans med care, and everything worked out perfectly. Illinois to Georgia

My brother and I hired TransMedcare to get my mom from Illinois to a new assisted living place in Georgia. Our trip was just last week, and I rode with my mother so this review is fresh and authentic. Our point person who set everything up was fantastic. She responded quickly and answered all our questions. The transport staff was amazing. They worked as a team and communicated effectively to take proper care of mom. She can’t do much on her own and the nurse was compassionate, patient and professional attending to her needs. The drivers made sure we stayed on schedule but were also understanding if we needed to stop for the restroom or anything else. The TransMedCare team really did all they could to be flexible and put the patient’s needs first. Having a TV screen that you can log into for streaming options and watching shows was a lifesaver. Our trip took 15 hours and I think we watched about nine Hallmark movies and the Westminster Dog Show finals. That made the trip more manageable and served as a welcome distraction. The staff was positive, professional, upbeat, caring, and trustworthy. If anyone needs to transport a senior with limited mobility and medical needs. I highly recommend this service.

Fantastic Team!

After spending weeks in a sub-par hospital after falling ill while on vacation, Colina, Manny, and Fabio took great care of my dad and brought him home to his doctors. Colina was an excellent advocate for my dad when the hospital staff were dragging their feet during the discharge process. They kept us updated throughout the trip and made sure we knew he was okay. Even the booking/logistics team of Becky, Emma, and Kristen were so helpful! We were all nervous about the process but the communication was great and everything went so smoothly on Trans-MedCare’s end and for that we are so thankful. While we hope to never have to use their service again, we are very grateful that we were able to rely on them for this transport.

I am so grateful this company exists. I had to move my mom from the east coast to the west coast (3,000 mile trip!) and the staff was amazing. Fantastic Service

We were lucky enough to have Kerri, Steve, and Carmen to help us get back to ILLINOIS from Florida last week. They were all FANTASTIC and were VERY professional. We enjoyed talking and visiting with them on the trip home. We did have a little problem with some of the traffic but they handled it WELL. We had a resident to be transported from Texas to Mississippi. The staff came in VERY professional and friendly. I have never had such a pleasant experience with any transport. The Trans-Medcare Team made the transportation of our father smooth and safe from Roswell Georgia to Dekalb Illinois. My father had nothing but good things to say with how he was treated and taken care of for that long 14 hour trip. The TransMedCare team transported my 94-year-old dad from Springfield, Mo to Spring Hill, TN yesterday and they did an incredible job. It was a long trip with pickup at the hospital at 7:00 AM and drop off at the destination at 4:00 PM. Norma, Kirk and Bob were all highly professional, courteous, and kind to me, and especially to my dad. Kirk and Bob delivered a smooth ride over some rather difficult roads and Norma was highly attentive to my dad during the trip. At the end of the trip my dad was lying in bed as the crew was exiting his room and he called Norma to his bedside to personally thank her and the team for their kindness and getting him to his destination safely. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I thought it was important to do so. I have never needed this type of service in the past and I was very worried about putting my dad in the hands of strangers. To anyone reading this review these folks are the real deal. You do not have to worry. I would ride with them again in a heartbeat!

I read the reviews..interesting. Now here is mine. The proof is in the pudding. Jeremy, Felicia, and Kim were wonderful when transporting and caring for my Mom. They came from Florida to Illy and Andy and Jeremy kept us updated on the 12 hour trip. The way they cared for my Mom you would of thought she was their own Mom they were caring for at this time. I was so tearfully happy to see Mom they”the staff”gave me a huge bear hug to consol me. They answered most of my questions even before I asked. They know the business.

I needed to get my loved one from Florida to New York. Transmedcare helped with the whole process. They provided a luxury cargo van ride with a TV and bed for me for an affordable price. They even let me travel with my dad without additional cost. I was so stressed about how do I get a patient from my home from Florida to New York and couldn’t be happier about the service provided. TransMed was professional and caring throughout the process of transporting my mother across the country. My mother was very fragile, and the staff was gentle and attentive. She arrived safe and not at all traumatized by a very lengthy journey.

I contracted TransMedCare to transport my mom from IL to TN. Before the transport I had many questions the agent answered the phone every time I called but once and even then called me back within 5 minutes, a few of these calls were well after normal hours. Their van looked fine to me, the team assigned to the transport were friendly and accommodating. I was in frequent contact with the nurse via text the entire trip (we declined the offer to ride with due to other commitments). The team picked up and dropped off at the times predetermined. I would recommend TMC to anyone with a similar need.

Pleasant and efficient

I needed to arrange transport for a family member between a hospital in DC and a rehab facility in NC following hip surgery. TransMedCare was the only company I could find available on short notice (24 hours), and they were significantly less expensive than other options I explored. I rode along as a passenger. The two staff members were friendly and attentive. As promised, they called both me and the relevant facility in advance of arrival on either end. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and equipped with what we needed. The only constructive feedback I had was that the driving was a bit fast during a spell of heavy rain en route. Otherwise it was an uneventful ride, and we arrived safely and on time. Dealing with Andrew, the owner, before and after the trip regarding scheduling and payment was pleasant and efficient.

I recently hired Trans-MedCare to transport my 89 year old Aunt who needs oxygen 24/7. We moved her from Melbourne to Pompano Beach, Fl. to be closer to me. Jeremy and Felicia took excellent care of her. They made her feel very comfortable and she said the bed was also very comfortable. This company and staff is amazing! We needed to get my grandma (99 yrs old) transported from NY to FL for rehab. From the first call to investigate if they could handle this transport to meeting them when they arrived in Florida, the entire transaction was beyond professional. The care given to my grandmother was outstanding. Their costs were great. We received and were able to make calls the entire way, which was 2 days. The peace of mind we felt was incredible. Words cannot describe how amazing they are! We reviewed several companies but from the first call, they were the best.

TransMedCare provided superior service transporting my bedridden father from Indiana to Florida. The service began with a very informative phone call that explained the transport process and answered all of the questions we had. Scheduling was a breeze with the TransMedCare staff making all of the arrangements with the rehabilitation center. The transport team kept us up-to-date during the transport and arrived as scheduled. My father arrived in a great mood. Then the transport team transferred my father from the transport bed to the bed in his room. Not ending there, the team explained all of the instructions and medication from the rehabilitation center. The entire TransMedCare team where extremely friendly and very professional.

What a blessing to have found TransMedCare to transport my mom from Sarasota, Florida to Crestview, Florida for rehab, so she could be near me. I called 4 other companies to get quotes and TransMedCare was $700-$3200 cheaper. Andrew, the owner was so professional and understanding while we were trying to schedule the trip. Due to weather and accidents the trip was delayed a few hours which was completely understandable. Andrew contacted me as soon as he knew. The drivers Kim and David were great and kept in contact with me with their ETA times to transport. The ride was smooth and although traffic was insane on Interstate 75, we made great time. Ashley, the medical assistant was so sweet and kind to my mother the whole trip. My mom was so comfortable and even said she felt like we were family. TransMedCare is a world class medical transport team. The ambulance was luxurious, spotless, and comfortable, and the team of two EMT drivers and one Nurse were professional and compassionate. We drove non-stop from Oklahoma to New York, with my mom stable and comfortable, and me by her side all the way, 23 hours smooth as silk.

During the holiday season in 2018 my mother fell critically ill, visiting family in Tulsa, Ok. We researched all of the options, and a long distance ambulance transport was the only way to get my mom back to upstate New York. My church family researched options and found TransMedCare. During the week that we organized approvals, medications, and receiving hospitals, Andrew and his team communicated and coordinated each change in the plan. When a huge storm was expected the day of our transport, Andrew had the transport crew preposition the night before, and made sure I and the hospital were ready to move 6 hours early, so we could miss the storm. Every detail was planned, and the team of paramedics and nurse, all women, were as confident and professional as a team of Navy Seals. World class service, and a competative price to beat. Affordable transport company

After searching forever and almost giving up hope of finding an affordable transport company I located transmedcare. They were very affordable and able to transport my mother n law from VA to MO. My husband rode with her and I followed in our vehicle with no issues. They even stopped at CVS for items that she needed and would not allow me to pay. They took the stress out of transporting an elderly and ill family member.

In October 2019, we called several places to transport my mom from Florida to NJ. She suffers from Parkinsons, Lewe body dementia, etc. The experience from the first call all the way to the end of her journey was fantastic. On Monday, October 1, 2019 I contacted TransMedCare to transport a family member from Silversprings, Maryland to New York. The paperwork was put in place, the representative communicated with the company where the family member was located and assisted with all the details. My needs were urgent and time was of the essence to get the patient moved to Brooklyn. Within 24 hours TransMedCare was able to transport my family member with a feeding tube and special medical needs, timely and safely. Communication was key and they provided same from the beginning of the commute to the end of the commute. Kim, Jeremy and Gloria treated my family member like FAMILY, upon arrival to the facility they ensured that all paperwork was in place and that the patient was situated in the bed as needed. I usually do not give good reviews as I believe that there are very few who can provide perfect service this is an exception. The level of service that was provided to me was exceptional.
