Our Happy Clients

I cannot tell you the peace of mind that this company provides when they transport your loved one. We moved my elderly mother from a nursing home in SD to a new facility in TX. The communication was incredible. The nurse, Zachary, kept me updated during the entire 20+ hour trip. My mother, who has mild dementia, was totally comfortable with the entire team and still speaks about how kind they are and how great they treated her. This company came highly recommended to me, and I am now a huge advocate of theirs. When I say they are worth every dime you spend on them, I mean it. Don’t hesitate to choose them!

TransMedCare is a world class medical transport team. The van was luxurious, spotless, and comfortable, and the team of two EMT drivers and one Nurse were professional and compassionate. We drove non-stop from Oklahoma to New York, with my mom stable and comfortable, and me by her side all the way, 23 hours smooth as silk. During the holiday season in 2018 my mother fell critically ill, visiting family in Tulsa, Ok. We researched all of the options, and a long distance ambulance transport was the only way to get my mom back to upstate New York. My church family researched options and found TransMedCare. During the week that we organized approvals, medications, and receiving hospitals, Andrew and his team communicated and coordinated each change in the plan. When a huge storm was expected the day of our transport, Andrew had the transport crew preposition the night before, and made sure I and the hospital were ready to move 6 hours early, so we could miss the storm. Every detail was planned, and the team of paramedics and nurse, all women, were as confident and professional as a team of Navy Seals. World class service, and a competitive price to beat. Bless you guys at TransMedCare!

Without a doubt, this company is the ‘best of the best’! I needed to transport my husband from a nursing home in upstate New York (Clinton) to veteran’s nursing home in Port St. Lucie, Florida. What an unbelievably good experience it was! We had a team of three men; two drivers (Carlos and Greg) who alternated driving and one nurse (Zachary) who took care of my husband the whole time. Zachary took care of my husband’s medication, checked his vitals, and always made sure he was comfortable. I noticed quite a bit of the little things they were so good about for example; they always stopped whenever I had to go to the bathroom and when they did, Zachary always escorted me into the facility so I never was outside going into a rest area by myself, they also bought and paid for breakfast lunch and dinner so I never even had to get my wallet out. They even include drinks and snacks on board should someone get hungry. I was able to lie on a bed right next to my husband and they provided the pillow and a blanket so I could sleep while we were traveling. Because they do drive nonstop, except for gas, meals and bathroom, we are able to make it to Port St. Lucie Florida in 27 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if needed and highly recommend them! Yes, the best of the best with this team of Zachary, Carlos, and Greg.

We moved my mom from Florida to Mississippi. Kerri, Stephen, and DeAngelo were kind, courteous, and professional! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to move a loved one.

Lynn D.

I needed to get my loved one from Florida to New York. Transmedcare helped with the whole process. They provided a luxury cargo van ride with a TV and bed for me for an affordable price. They even let me travel with my dad without additional cost. I was so stressed about how do I get a patient from my home from Florida to New York and couldn’t be happier about the service provided. I highly recommend this long distance medical transport service. They were affordable compared to other companies I called.

Robin B.

Trans-Medcare surpassed our expectations relocating my mom from NY to NC. Her onboard aide Gleidy, drivers Jordan and John provided top notch care. My mom was so nervous prior and they kept us updated along the way with photos, and eta’s. Highly recommend don’t hesitate. The office team Amanda and Emma were quick to reply and answered any and all questions.
